Our Solutions

Merger

A merger is an agreement that unites two existing companies into one new company. The deal often allows the larger company to hold controlling stake of target company. There are several types of mergers and reasons companies complete mergers. Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are commonly done to expand a company’s reach, expand into new segments, or gain market share

Acquisition

An acquisition is a transaction wherein one company purchases most or all of another company's shares to gain control of that company. Acquisitions are common in business and may occur with or without the target company's approval. With approval, there is often a no-shop clause during the process. Although most people commonly hear about the acquisitions of large well-known companies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) occur more regularly between small- to medium-sized firms.

Fund Raising

Venture Capital (VC) funds are pooled investment funds that manage the money of investors who seek private equity stakes in startups and small- to medium-sized enterprises with strong growth potential. These investments are generally characterized as very high-risk/high-return opportunities.

In such deals the company agrees to sell a small part of the equity at a certain valuation agreed by both parties. Founders need to be prepared with the Information Memorandum (Pitch Deck), Financial Projections and Valuations before reaching out to VC Funds.
