About Us
Datakatalyst Ventures was founded by Rajeev Manjrekar in 2018, he is a Graduate in Statistics from University of Pune and has pursued his MBA from SIBM Pune. After a corporate career spanning almost 2 decades across renowned companies like Adecco SA, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI Cards, Pidilite Industries and L'Oreal in leadership positions, he decided to become an entrepreneur in 2012.
He has successfully launched, scaled-up and exited from two startup ventures, MY SEARCH - Hyper Local Search App (2013-15) and SKILL STORY - HR Tech Product (2015-18) as a Co-Founder. After the last exit, he has been advising startups and their founders as an Investment Banker to make them investor ready and help raising equity funds through his network.
He is also on board of various Entrepreneurship Cells of premier educational institutes across the country and is empaneled as a Mentor with Startup India, a Government of India Initiative.

He has over 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in India & UK in multiple domains and is passionate about Deep Tech startups.
Deepa Manjrekar
Partner
Science Graduate from University of Pune with PG degree in IT, Deepa has worked with tech ventures like Convergent , Datapro Infoworld, UTL Technologies and telecom major Idea Cellular. She manages the Operations and Technology Innovation.
Rohit Autee
Associate Partner
Rohit is an Engineer and has 21 years of experience and has worked with Symantec, Capgemini and Veritas. He has been actively working in the startup ecosystem from 2020 and brings in the much needed expertise in deal closures.
Naman Karamchandani

Naman has completed his B. A. Hon. (Business Economics) from Delhi University and has also cleared CFA Level 2. He has additionally pursued Financial Modelling and Valuations Program from The WallStreet School.

Our Approach
We work with startups having unique scalable product idea, backed by a founding team with right expertise and experience. Our team of Financial Analysts engage with the founders to understand their business plan and their readiness to meet investors. We advise if there is anything is missing in the narrative and we assist in getting it technically right.
Once we have the documentation ready, our Investor Relations team helps set up meetings with investors, negotiate terms and close the funding round.
