Advice - No matter what, you need to be in touch with your customers. Tell them you exist and intend to survive (on a lighter note). Communication is essential and as you are facing the problems your clients are going through the same situation. Please do extend whatever help you can and it has to be direct, trust me the clients will never forget you ever. It is rightly said 'a friend in need is friend indeed.'
